Highlights: Determining 18 amino acids and taurine rapidly and sensitively using a modern 2 micron column on a UHPLC system with MS detection. Introducing columns with ultra high performance matching the selectivities of our well-known Eurospher columns. Our systems are characterized by uncompromising performance and a small ecological footprint. At HPLC 2011 KNAUER also presents a life cycle assessment of our PLATINblue UHPLC. At BIO International Convention in Washington officially introduced the biochromatography instruments to the US market. The motto of the new release is: "Bioline …faster, cooler, better!"... Highlights: Separation of clindamycin phosphate and process impurities on a BlueOrchid C18A column by isocratic UHPLC. Determination of six disperse dyes in under four minutes using a PLATINblue UHPLC system. KNAUER offers a UHPLC-MS package with the MSQ Plus mass detector. The BlueOrchid UHPLC column family has been extended by five new stationary phases. Sedex LT-ELSD detector models 80 LT and 85LT are now supported by the ChromGate chromatography data system...
