JavaScript is a programming language which enables the development of dynamic websites. Several problems caused by incompatible browser versions for different operating systems can be solved using JavaScript. This improves the operation and handling of the website and enables it to be configured more conveniently. If JavaScript is activated in your browser it will automatically carry out the JavaScript code. This code relieves traffic in the internet or on the server.
The activated JavaScript support can cause a security risk. This is especially true if an older browser version or low safety level is being used. It could be possible that a "damaging" JavaScript code command is carried out on your PC. However, such a case has not yet been reported. If Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator is being used, it should have at least version 4.x. Browsers older than this are not supported by our website.
The JavaScript code that we use is sporadic and is exclusively used for more efficient navigation, to process the information on order forms, for rollover effects, and to enable cookies to be set and read. If JavaScript support is disabled, it will not be possible to use certain control elements. Clicking on any of these elements will be ineffective. However, without the JavaScript support it is still possible to visit our website without discrepancies.
